Payment Processing

We currently utilize WIX Payments, which includes Adyen B.V. and Stripe as payment service and e-commerce providers.  Your credit card number is transmitted directly to the payment gateway and is not maintained by Tea, Spice & Petal or Stoney Creek Garden Center, of which, Tea, Spice & Petal is an operating division.

Customer Information

We do maintain customer information when you subscribe to our newsletter, book a session, and establish an account with Tea, Spice & Petal on our website which is maintained with WIX.com.  Customer information remains with Tea, Spice & Petal and we will never share, sell, or trade your personal information. 

 

Information is used to monitor our site for marketing activity, management of offerings and products, and to assist our customers with questions regarding account activity.  This information is not stored on any other systems or servers outside of our WIX website management or WIX partners authorized to process payments for products and services.  Information will only be shared should a legal basis with proper legal documentation and support be submitted to our company from law enforcement authorities.
